LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - Arkansas' marriage-age crisis is over. A law that mistakenly allowed anyone — even toddlers — to marry with parental permission was repealed by a measure signed into law Wednesday by the Governor.
Meanwhile, in a related story, Michael Jackson and R.Kelly have scrapped all plans to move to Arkansas.
The problem with the law came to light when little five year old Johnny had to serve as the ring bearer at his own wedding and refused to eat his veggies at the reception.
