Jeffery Ely struck and killed a minuture pincher while driving in Duluth, Minnesota. Ely is now suing the dog's owners for what he say's is over $1,000 in damage done to his vehicle. $1,000 of damage done by a minuture pincher? What was this guy driving, a Honda Civic?
