John Hammons, a 19 year old freshman at the University of Oklahoma, was elected Mayor of Muskogee, OK, a city of 38,000 in the northeastern part of the state. John made sure everything was kept professional. For example, the band playing his inaguration song was Hanna Montana. Every one partied until 9pm with their juice boxes and glow sticks...then John had to go to bed.
